2025 was a truly pivotal year for LinkBuilder.com. We didn’t just grow – we laid the groundwork for the next stage of evolution for our product, technology, and team. We managed to surpass our own metrics from previous years in virtually all areas, turn experiments into scalable products, and establish processes primed for rapid growth in 2026.
Business Growth and Client Trust
2025 was one of the most successful years in the company’s history. We broke our own records in:
- New platform subscribers
- Marketing services clients
- Agreements with leading media suppliers in the industry.
Alongside growing our client base, we actively expanded product capabilities: throughout the year, we implemented features and tools clients had long awaited and have already planned the next round of updates for early 2026.
Our YouTube channel also continued to expand, ranging from practical how-to videos to analyses of current marketing trends.
We also earned awards from Clutch:
- Top SEM company in the Czech Republic.

Outreach and Crowd: From Experiments to Scalable Products
Areas that were experimental at the start of the year became key growth drivers by the end of 2025. We systematized processes, developed proprietary technologies, and created full-fledged products ready for rapid scaling.
New Verticals: Reddit and Quora
One of the key achievements of the year was the full launch and scaling of promotion services on Reddit and Quora. Over the year, this vertical evolved from testing to a mature product:
- Developed and refined strategies for building accounts from scratch to 600+ karma;
- Established account management processes considering moderation and ban risks;
- Implemented mechanics for increasing reach, upvotes, and engagement;
- Launched a separate service for promoting corporate Reddit accounts.
Work with the Reddit ecosystem was a separate focus: we identified causes of systematic bans, implemented security protocols, and began testing proprietary subreddits for projects and clusters. The team shifted from reactive to controlling the entire chain: content → discussions → links → reach.
As a result, Reddit and Quora services were elevated to a fundamentally new level of quality and converted into a scalable service format with managed risks.
Proprietary Ultra-Fast Indexing Technology
In 2025, we developed and implemented our own link indexing technology – now the process takes 1–3 minutes. This became a significant technological advantage:
- Increased the SEO value of each placement;
- Clients began seeing results in search rankings faster;
- Indexing ceased to be a bottleneck when scaling services.
Operating System and Risk Control
A scalable operating system was built for Outreach and Crowd:
- Unified task management;
- Checklists, statuses, auto-notifications;
- Daily cycle of performance monitoring.
This removed key growth constraints and prepared the team for increased volumes without losing quality.
Development: Product and Site Structure Evolution
The Development department’s work in 2025 was focused on creating infrastructure for growth and enhancing service transparency. We built a logical and user-friendly ecosystem for clients, laying the foundation for future product updates:

The content strategy reached a new level of systematic quality and global presence. We transformed the blog into an authoritative resource, scaled production, and began adding new languages to the site.
