January was a busy month focused on infrastructure improvements and setting ourselves up for growth in 2026. We completed significant work on our databases, Reddit direction, and content, laying the groundwork for scaling. Here’s what we’ve been working on.
Sales: Strong Growth Continues
We started the year with a new record in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), beating our December numbers. We expect this trend to continue through Q1.
Subscription growth remains steady, and client retention is strong. Users frequently mention that the platform makes media research easier and appreciate its intuitive design.
Key metric: The platform now has 370,000 active sites registered.
Crawl & Outreach: Database Updates and Reddit Improvements
This month we focused on keeping our data accurate and making our Reddit channel more sustainable.
Price and Data Updates in Our Databases
Keeping our data current is essential for effective campaign planning. We completed a full review of our databases:
- Updated placement prices across all sites
- Refreshed site metrics and traffic history

Results:
- More transparent pricing for clients
- Better reliability for campaign planning
- Stronger foundation for future growth
New Approach to Reddit Account Management
Our previous Reddit accounts weren’t providing the scale we needed and created too much risk. To grow our Reddit services sustainably, we needed better quality accounts.
We’ve completely changed how we handle this:
- Now producing at least 50 high-quality accounts monthly
- Stricter monitoring of karma and activity patterns
Results:
- Lower risk of mass account bans
- More capacity for client placements
Development: Search Improvements and Faster Updates
In January, we made several practical improvements to the platform.
We improved search functionality – it now finds keywords anywhere in the text, not just at the beginning. This makes finding relevant sites much faster.

We also added integrations with several exchanges: LinkBuilders, LinkBroker, RankExplore, Purolink, SeoNavigators, GetaLink.com.
And we sped up how quickly site data (especially pricing) loads into Elasticsearch. Updates now appear in the interface almost immediately.
Content: New Languages, Support Materials, and Articles
January was about preparing for international expansion and creating more useful content.
We finished translating the entire site into German. The German version launches at the end of February 2026.
We also added something new to our “About Us” page: LinkBuilder.com now has a Wikipedia article.

Support Section Updates
We started expanding our Support section. This month we focused on “Billing & Subscription” , since that’s what clients ask about most.

New Blog Posts and Case Studies

This month’s articles focus on practical SEO guidance:
- DA vs. DR: The Complete Guide for Link Building – Explains the difference between Domain Authority and Domain Rating and how each affects link building decisions.
- Anchor Text: The Complete SEO Guide – Covers anchor text types, their role in rankings, and current best practices.
- Valentine’s Day SEO Guide – Tips for planning seasonal content campaigns.
We also published a new case study: “Beyond Backlinks: How We Scaled a Major Site to 640k+ Traffic Using AI & Entity-First SEO”. It shows how we increased a site’s organic traffic by 42% in six months using AI-powered entity optimization.

January Summary
