How Does Bulk Search Work?
The process is fast and intuitive, requiring minimal effort:
- Log in to your account and click the “Use Bulk Search” button on the main page.

- You’ll be taken to the Bulk Search interface, where you can:
- Enter domains manually. Copy and paste a list of websites, one per line.
- Import a list. Upload a file containing a list of domains in .txt or .csv format.

- After adding your list, click “Check” to start the analysis.
- The results will appear in a user-friendly table, which you can export if needed.

Once the analysis is complete, the system will display a summary providing a clear overview of the market:

- Domains – The number of websites from your list found in our database.
- Average Price – The calculated average cost of placement per website.
- Total Value – The total budget required for placements across all found websites.
These metrics provide a clear understanding of the budget and scope required for your campaign.
Real-World Example: Putting Bulk Search to Work
Let’s walk through a practical example to see how the tool performs.
Objective: Estimate the budget for entering the Polish market in the “car rental” niche.
Solution:
- Building a Website List. Use a search engine to identify top websites in the target niche.

Then, use a tool like Ahrefs to find websites linking to these industry leaders. We’ve covered this process in detail in our article “How to Buy Competitors’ Links.”
- Uploading to the Tool. Paste the list of domains into the Bulk Search interface or upload it as a file.
For manual entry, add the links to the “Enter a list of URLs” field, one per line.
For file uploads, drag and drop the file into the “Upload the file” field or select it by clicking the button. Files should use UTF-8 encoding.
- Instant Report. After clicking “Check,” you’ll immediately receive a summary table, perfect for preliminary cost analysis.

To clear the form and start analyzing a new list, simply click “Reset.”
Plan Limitations
There’s no limit to the number of websites you can check at once. However, the number of results displayed in the table depends on your plan:
- Starter: Up to 200 websites
- Professional: Up to 7,000 websites
- Ultimate: Up to 30,000 websites
Your plan determines the depth of detail in the results. For working with large website lists, we recommend the Professional or Ultimate plan.
